The Need

The Richmond Motorsports team recognized that their website needed an update. They wanted something more than just the basic dealership website, but something that spoke to their customer’s wants and desires. The new website’s goal was to increase website conversions and allow them to get in touch with their customers quicker.

The Solution

The immediately noticed the lack of emotion, calls to action, and mobile-friendliness on the website. We knew we needed to invite customers into a story of adventure where they were the main characters and we used the headline "Ride Into Adventure." Once customers were hooked they needed clear a clear way to get in touch with the dealership so we added call to action buttons in the navigation and across the site. We optimized the site for mobile users since 75% of web traffic was coming from mobile devices and watched as the sales came in.
